Really liked the location, super close to everything and having CVS just down the street was a win! The place was clean, and the staff were chill. My only issue was the lack of coffee in the room and a bit of a weird setup in the master bedroom with the sink outside the bathroom.

The walls were paper thin; I could hear every footstep and noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, especially when they were stomping around after 2 AM and the front desk was closed.

The location is prime! You’re just a short walk to some great spots for breakfast and dinner. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome.
It was a bit pricey, but definitely reasonable for what you get.

The location was super convenient, just a short stroll to the beach and close to cute cafes and shops. Free parking was a big plus, and the cleanliness of the facility was top, notch. We loved the stand, up desk in the room, perfect for remote work during the holiday season.
The check, in experience was lackluster, with the staff seeming bothered. Noise from above early in the morning disturbed our peaceful xmas stay.

A water outage during my stay left me stranded mid-shower, and the handling was inadequate. Annoying design quirks—an awkward sink setup, distracting closet configuration, and sterile decor. Parking was hassle-free; good coffee is available in the lobby. Despite issues, the hotel excels in cleanliness and accessibility. There's potential with better communication and some design tweaks. A mix of good and bad.

I enjoyed exploring the water adventures nearby. San Diego Airport is convenient for jetsetters like me. The hotel has a lot to offer, and it's close to popular areas like Mission Bay and San Diego Zoo.
Who needs clear check-out times anyway? .

The bed was nice and the shower had hot water, which was great. The staff was helpful and provided us with water bottles and hot water for tea, which was a nice touch. there were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. The room had some technical annoyances, like a motion sensor light in the bathroom that would turn on unexpectedly. The mirror had a bright button that couldn't be turned off, making it hard to sleep at night. I had to unplug the desk lamp because it kept beeping, waking us up multiple times in the middle of the night. the room lacked some essential amenities. There was no in-room coffee maker or microwave, which would have been more useful than the techie features. The pool was advertised as heated but was actually quite cold during our stay, with no pool towels available. The lack of a bathtub or hot tub was disappointing, especially after a long day of walking.

Great location in a charming community, convenient ground, floor room with a view of the pool. Enjoyed the high countertop with a wash basin and the comfy beds. The presence of parking on, site was a huge plus, allowing for easy access to nearby amenities during our Christmas stay.
The check, in process felt rushed and unwelcoming, with staff seeming preoccupied. The noise from housekeeping above our room disrupted our morning, and the inability to accommodate an extra set of linens was disappointing.
